Who we are

What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We do not use cookies.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest — responding to enquiries from people who contact us directly.
How it's handled
Contact form submissions are sent by email via Resend, our transactional email provider, to our own inbox. We do not store submissions in a database, sell your data, or share it with any third party other than the email infrastructure used to deliver it to us.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies or any other on-device storage, does not track you across other websites, and cannot identify you individually — it records anonymous, aggregated counts such as page views, referring site and general location (country/region level), discarded automatically after 24 hours. Because it doesn't store anything on your device or identify you, it doesn't require a cookie consent banner under UK PECR.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and in line with our normal email retention practices.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@30west.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
